A family in Moscow is looking for an English Governor for their 8 year old son for the summer.

 

Offer:

Salary of £600 per week

5 days a week / 10 am – 3 pm

Live-out in a private apartment in the city

Summer placement (July – August)

Candidates must be in Moscow already

 

Terms:

B8 has basic knowledge of English. In the summer the family will be living 30 km south of Moscow. It’s a gated community with a pond, houses, football field and lots of other infrastructure.

The mother expects the candidate to become an older brother figure who will have some authority over the boy, set a good example for him, do interesting outdoor activities, such as building a raft, playing football, setting up a tent outside, etc. She would prefer the learning to happen in interesting ways especially outside with some sit down lessons.

 

Requirements:

Childcare or teaching qualification

Candidates must be: sporty and energetic, friendly and creative

English mother tongue

Available to start in July

Already be in Moscow

The family live in Moscow and usually spend two months. in the summer by the sea.

The position involves travelling within the year.
